Step 1) Enter all required information identified with the red asterisk (*)

Step 2) Click "Create My Account". The screen will refresh to allow the Verification Code to be entered. Stay on that screen. If the screen is closed, select the Forgot Password link on the login page to have a new verification code sent.

Step 3) Check email for your verification code (make sure to also check spam/junk folders)

Step 4) Enter verification code

Setp 5) Password must only be 8 characters long (only letters and numbers) NO special characters ( !@#$%^&*()*-/><=)

Step 6) Log in!
